Do I have to remove the bamboos from the water gel immediately upon arrival?
Last Updated: 03/11/2011

It is recommended to at least remove the bags of bamboos from the box and stand them upright as soon as possible but it is not necessary to rinse off the water gel immediately. The bamboos can stay in the bags of water gel for a few days until you have the chance to prepare them. However, if you are located in the East Coast and your order was in transit for 7 days or more, it would be best to rinse off the water gel soon since it may build up an odor and starts to break down.
