Delivery Information
Standard delivery time: 5-7 days.
All orchids ship 2 day express and are shipped out every Wednesday for arrival on Friday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00pm noon will ship the following Wednesday. During cold weather, additional shipping charges of $6.00 may apply due to expedited shipping to preserve orchids.

Substitution Policy
Since orchid blooms can vary, occasionally we may need to substitute certain orchids with an equal or greater quality bloom of the same variety. In making substitutions, we take great care to choose the closest color to ensure that we exceed your expectations and that you and your gift recipient will be pleased with the quality and presentation of the gift.
