Each orchid is carefully packaged and sent with heat packs to ensure that their blooms are healthy and vibrant out of the box.

Delivery Information
Standard delivery time: 5-7 days.
All orchids ship 2 day express and are shipped out every Wednesday for arrival on Friday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00pm noon will ship the following Wednesday.

Substitution Policy
Since orchid blooms can vary, occasionally we may need to substitute certain orchids with an equal or greater quality bloom of the same variety. In making substitutions, we take great care to choose the closest color to ensure that we exceed your expectations and that you and your gift recipient will be pleased with the quality and presentation of the gift.
