Drop Ship Application Form

Getting started is easy. Simply fill out the form below to begin the process.

Upon approval of your application, you will receive an email with a reseller agreement and request for a resale certificate. Please sign and fax these to Eastern Leaf to activate your new account.

Once activated, you will receive a link to our drop ship reseller section as well as our welcome packet that includes our discount tier schedule, and instructions on how to begin placing orders.
