Pricing:

• Membership in our program is 100% free. We do not charge an enrollment or membership fee.
• Discounts are tiered based on total volume per month. Discounts start at 25% off similarly listed retail products on our site.
• Detailed Product pricing and our tiered discount schedule is available in our drop ship member section upon approval of your application.

Products:

• Drop Ship products are unique to the program and are available only to you the reseller as part of our program.
• Products available for drop ship are the most popular bonsai species trees, lucky bamboo arrangements and favors, and money trees.
• Products available for our drop ship program our selected to be the hardiest and strongest species to ensure your customers are happy with their tree and enjoy them for a long time.
• Depending on volume, custom products can be created to suit your site style and theme.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping is based on weight and zip code for destination. These are calculated on checkout.
• Discounts we receive based on our volume are passed on to you as a reseller.

Order Processing:

• Resellers can place orders securely on our website by logging into their account and accessing our drop ship product section. Billing information can be saved to bypass re-entering of information.
• Orders placed are processed and shipped the following business day for all products.
• Products are shipped via Fedex. Tracking numbers are provided.
• Depending on volume, we can offer alternative automated procedures.

Packaging:

Box Packaging:
• All our plant products are sent with our proven custom packaging to ensure that the pot and plant arrive safely and healthy.
• Products are shipped in 200# craft boxes that do not bear our logo.
• Product invoices, care sheets, and packing slips will not bear the Eastern Leaf logo or trademark.
• Depending on volume, we can add your company literature or stickers to the box.

  Care information:

• Care information for each plant is included with each shipment informing your customer the best and recommended method for upkeeping their tree.

Pictures / Descriptions:

• We encourage the use of our pictures. Product pictures are available in our drop ship section for approved resellers. However, you are welcome to take your own photographs as well.
• Pictures available for use are only the products available in the program. Other product images and pictures on the Eastern Leaf website are not available for use.
• Descriptions and care information for our products are also available in our drop ship member section.

Customer Care:

• Your questions are important to us. We have dedicated account representatives to handle your reseller inquiries.
• Our current return and replacement policies for live plants can be found here.

Product Updates:

• Approved resellers are included in our reseller product update distribution list.
• When a product is changed, resellers will receive an email describing the changes. All resellers are expected to keep product offerings current and accurate.

Agricultural Restrictions:

• We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship to international addresses.
